Standard Calibration Weights

Precision Reference Weights for Calibration & Mass Measurement Applications

Althea Solutions introduces the Standard Calibration Weights – E1, E2 & F1, a precision-engineered range of reference weights specifically designed for the calibration and verification of laboratory balances, analytical balances, precision weighing instruments, and reference standards. Manufactured in accordance with OIML R111, these standard weights are produced using high-quality stainless steel with precision fabrication and mirror-polished finishes to ensure excellent dimensional stability and reliable mass calibration performance. The weights are widely used in calibration laboratories, pharmaceutical industries, research laboratories, educational institutions, and quality control laboratories requiring traceable and accurate mass standards.

Available in E1, E2, and F1 accuracy classes, the standard weights are supplied as complete weight sets and individual weights ranging from 1 mg to 20 kg, depending on the selected class. The weights are manufactured using Austenitic Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, or 304 Stainless Steel, with precision single-piece or one/two-piece construction as specified for each class. NABL calibration certificates are available for E1, E2, and F1 classes at additional cost, making these standard weights suitable for laboratory calibration, reference standards, and precision weighing applications.
